In 2021 I founded my eCommerce business dekohero.com and built it myself from scratch. Round 2.000 products are implemented and after a couple of hundred sales, it is time to scale dekohero further to another level.

In 2009 Foot Locker / Runners Point asked me to realize their customer magazine SIDESTEPmag. With my own team of 8 people (austermedia®)
I realized the full production plus redesign of the magazine. It was handed out in any of their round 80 stores across Germany. Also we created a slightly reduced digital version which was presented via Digital Signage on screens in each store. Foot Locker bought Runners Point and is the biggest sports shoe retailer in the world.
