Each step takes a certain amount of time, depending on how appointments & interviews with key stakeholders can be scheduled, how many stakeholders will be involved and the size of your company and your existing content setup.

As a rule of thumb please consider the duration of this process can be up to 4 weeks until the workshop can be held.
 

I believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs. For project-based work, including audits, a 50% deposit is required before commencement, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. For retainer-based work, monthly invoices will be issued in advance based on the agreed scope of work for the following month.
